Really good stay with great service

The room was very clean (I always check!), and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a wide selection, which I appreciated. The location is great. It is easy to walk into the city. Staff members were super friendly and helpful with directions.
I found that the room was a bit small, and there was no space to move about freely with luggage.

My room was quite small and felt somewhat stuffy. the windows did not seem to open or close correctly. the housekeeping service was inconsistent. The towels i used one day never dried and were not replaced, rather inconvenient.

The upgraded room featured a spa bath and a huge bed. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate facilities were available in the room. A microwave was also provided, and there were tub chairs plus a large TV. I was delighted by the personal touch of a chocolate on the pillow upon my arrival.
I found that the lounge area was blocked off, which limited options.

Parking was good and sufficient. The hotel is located conveniently near Chester Zoo, approximately 3 km away. There were restaurants nearby. I noticed lovely big beds. They were amazing.

I found the location quite convenient. A brisk 15-minute walk took me right into the town center. i stayed in a newly refurbished room, and i really liked the comfy beds. the warm temperature of the room was also very welcome after a day out.
the hotel bar wasn't open. this was disappointing, and it meant i spent very little time in the main hotel building.
